Position : Export Executive
Location : Mehsana
Qualification : Graduate / BBA / MBA - Marketing / Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Diploma in import export management (added advantage).
Experience : 4 - 6 Years experience in export management.

Job Description

  •  Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build result oriented business relationship with them.
  •  Generate lead & export sales.
  •  Develop business opportunities by sourcing new market from Asia, Europe, Middle East, North & South America.
  •   Maintain liaison with overseas buyers for each deal, follow-up and resolve any concerns.
  •   Take care of export documentations, liaison with various departments like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping companies etc...
  •  Coordinate freight and distribution network (Land, sea & air) & monitor consignment movement from port to various destinations.
  •   Inventory management & coordinate distribution schedules.
  •  Preparation of export documents and maintain records.
  •  Develop market at national and international level for business expansion.
Position : Dispatch Executive
Location : Mehsana
Qualification : Any Graduate / MBA / Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Diploma in supply chain management (added advantage).
Experience : 5 - 7 Years experience in warehouse management.

Job Description

  •  Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions.
  •  Supervise and schedule maintenance of company delivery vehicles; maintain a preventive maintenance program.
  •  Oversee warehouse operations to exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow, product availability and accuracy.
  •  Ensure that product is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner, and maintain required records in conformance with company policy.
  •  Supervise the proper routing, loading and preparing orders for shipment and delivery in accordance with customer instructions.
  •  Supervise the proper handling of inter-company transfers of inventory.
  •  Recommend purchases of warehouse equipment; keep abreast of new methods of warehousing.
  •  Maintain all equipment in good working order. Verify that forklift / truck operators are within regulatory compliance.
  •  Plan and schedule all inventory activities including cycle counting, inventory transactions, auditing and reporting. (RG1)
  •  Maintain the security of warehouse and grounds to reduce shrinkage.
  •  Develop and analyze reports and develop new policies, procedures and methods that improve operational efficiency; communicate results to management in other operational areas.
  •  Use excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to deal positively with senior management, sales staff, employees, vendors and customers.
  •  Operate within budget and meet delivery times.
  •  Train, schedule and supervise a warehouse staff.
  •  Resolve any delivery complaint issues quickly and effectively.
  •  Ensure Branch transfer & Domestic invoices are being prepared well in time & as per check list.
Position : Sales Engineer
Location : Mehsana and Ahmedabad
Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Enggineering in Ceramics / Chemical / Mechanical / BBA / MBA - Marketing
Experience : 3 - 5 years Experience in selling of Industrial / Technical products. Preferably in Ceramic, Refractory, Foundry and Furnace Industries.

Job Description

  •  The sales Engineer promotes and maximizes sales of a company's products in designated markets.
  •  They also identify new markets and new business and act as liaison between companies and the customers.
  •  Gathering market and customer information on regular basis.
  •  Sales Engineer has to approach and get the business from companies having Foundries more specifically Non ferrous Foundries.
  •  Staffing trade exhibitions, demonstrations and technical presentation to Customers
  •  Visiting clients regularly once a working relationship has been established
  •  Trouble-shooting in matters of Technical solution, documentation, delivery, service and parts.
  •  Recording sales and order information and sending copies to H.O. and reviewing own sales performance.
  •  Working to tight targets
  •  Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
  •  Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications
  •  Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
